As the Regional Sales Vice President, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration in your designated region. You will lead a team of dedicated sales professionals, fostering their development and guiding them to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your strategic mindset and market insights will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities and positioning our products as the top choice in the market.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.

- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.

- Foster strong relationships with key clients, architects, builders, and contractors to drive business opportunities.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth areas and stay ahead of the competition.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
